STP19 : ENHANCING TEACHER SELECTION THROUGH INNOVATIVE CRITIC-WASPAS METHODOLOGY

This video is for the VI-BIIDE UITM CAWANGAN PAHANG competition. This innovation helps the respective bodies select the best teacher, which involves a complex decision with multiple conflicting criteria. Therefore, the application of the Criteria Importance Through Intercriteria Correlation-Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assessment (CRITIC-WASPAS) method is proposed to address the complexity.
