Banyuwangi Typical Cit Egg Recipe | Chewy and Delicious

Hi friends, this time I will share a recipe for typical Banyuwangi cit eggs. It tastes really good, chewy, makes you addicted. Suitable as a side dish for any menu such as yellow rice, mixed rice and others. And usually citrus eggs are also a complement to vegetable lontong.
½ kg chicken eggs
1 tbsp vinegar
6 tbsp sweet soy sauce
300 ml water
Ground spices:
7 red onions
4 cloves garlic
2 large red chilies
3 red chilies
2 candlenuts
1 segment of ginger
1 tbsp shrimp paste
1 stalk lemongrass
2 lime leaves
½ tsp ground pepper
1 tsp granulated sugar
½ tsp salt
1 tsp stock powder
