Great video thankyou. I tried it and finally got the error message, but it only has the " x close app" option. Do you have a video or suggestions on how to fix it for those A20 phones that dont have the "Info" option in the pop up by any chance?

Mine didn't give me the option to go to the app info it only said that Setup Wizard had suddenly stopped and to close the app is there a way around that
