I’d say to work on perspective a little bit. In the reference you can see Walters head is titled slightly down showing the top of his head and casting a dark shadow below areas like his upper lip and below the nose. Other than that your proportions seem to be on point and something that can be swiftly improved by some more practice. Keep going bro u got some real talent 🙏🔥

You should try drawing weird angles and perspectives!
Drawing 1000 faces doesnt help when you need to draw a side profile or a view from a weird angle
