Many of us men do in fact go through a phase (hopefully a phase) where we are more focused on attracting the attention of and/or impressing OTHER MEN instead of women -- And I don't mean in a dating/sexual way....What I mean is that many of the things us guys do are sometimes designed to impress our peers, our friends, other guys. For example, take getting a loud exhaust on a car -- Guys do this to impress other guys, HOPING that maybe it might also attract women. Or they do things to overcompensate in order to make an impression or to prove something to other guys

As a feminine lady, I agree with your points. When you talk about presentation it has nothing to do with expensive clothes, shoes and jewellery. For me, a man who does the following stands out in the crowd: - be clean - smart, short haircut that is clean, no facial hair, shower regularly - wear freshly washed clothes that are ironed and polished shoes - smell good- wear deodorant and men's cologne. A great scent can drive a lady crazy. - minimal jewellery - only a watch or wedding band - look masculine - wear masculine colours - moisturise your hands so when u touch our soft skin, we don't feel like we are being touched with sandpaper No matter whether he is wearing T shirt and shorts or a suit and tie a guy can look presentable, clean, tidy and hot.😊
@Oswaldo Figueroa I totally disagree. So many guys do not look after their beards and they smell and feel oily. It feels horrible to be in close embrace with someone whose beard smells like dirty hair. If you are going to have a beard look after it but I won't be kissing you.
