Mine connect and charge fine and the controls still work, but one day the left one stopped making sound completely, not even a crackling sound, and I didnt damage them or anything. Too bad because they sounded great when they did work
Mine connect and charge fine but left earbud gives scratching sound if you move or try to put them in the ear, right one seems to be working fine will try return them for a refund or replacement because I do love how they sound but I don't need the non working product
These headphones are a POS. My first pair died in 5 months. RMA'd it and the second pair died in about 2 months. RMA'd the 2nd pair and my third pair just borke today, after about 9 months of usage. Such trash. Sennheiser is amazing, but don't bother with their bullshit earbuds.
Same here bro I've got thrse and the sports wierless you'll see my issue tip comment with these but the sports had to be replaced under warranty for a faulty battery . Shame because I've never had trouble with the over ear
Yep right driver has stopped working 1 mounth from the warranty running out . Ive stripped it and havent found any broken ribbon cabels. So im guessing its fried. Everything works apart from sound 😅
I owned CX True Wireless, one stopped working after a few days of use, the customer service replaced them with another faulty pair, now they are gone to the service center again. I didn't even use them for a month. The customer service is responsive. What else what they can do if their product is faulty
правый наушник пошел по п*изде. Не было падений или воды, просто зажал наушник в кулаке во время проигрывания. Возможно закрыл одновременно звуковод и компенсационное. Вышел из строя именно динамик, потому что на клемы подкидывал другой динамик и музыка из него звучала
@@devil9311 соболезную, мои верой и правдой полтора года не слишком бережливого отношения. Ремонт на самом деле не сложный, имея минимальный опыт владения паяльником, запасные динамики и немного терпения можно заменить сломанные. А если скилл чуть побольше, то можно и сломанный восстановить, в видео есть почти всё что надо
@@user-ul5we1ig9t что тут, что на форумах, пишут про отвал одного из ушей, на всех моделях, от дешевых до дорогих, почему же такой массовый брак? как его избежать в процессе эксплуатации? Хочу купить, да боюсь нарваться на брак... какая дата выпуска у вас ребят на коробке?

Had the same cracking Problem. After 2 weeks no sound anymore and now i just soldered it back on like in the video and it works.

Похожая фигня,лег спать в наушниках и походу передавил левый,теперь только трещит при повороте головы
А ремонтом никто заниматься не хочет

Сломался прямо в ухе. По итогу он играет но выключается когда вставляешь в ухо, как будто от возникающего давления. 2 месяца поработали и хватит...
