Oh my goodness. I was going to search for this relaxation technique after searching for relaxing music for sleep. Here's where I landed. Yay!!!
This technique helped me sleep 40 years ago & unfortunately I returned the tape before recording it for myself. LOL. (I'm really giving my age away here) 😂🥴🙃 It really worked and this video has even more to offer. So I'm excited to listen to all of it now. Thank you Jesus and thank you Abide Sleep Story.
