Hi Per-Ola, good news from the doctors, what a relief! And downsizing the living space, very interesting. Regarding the subject of this video, based on my own Camino experiences of the last 3 years and the discussions I have had with my fellow pilgrims on last year's Camino Frances I advise anybody to train/prepare as much as possible. Your body is one of the most important Camino tools and the better it is prepared, the more you can enjoy the trip itself. And like you are saying in this video the preparation starts by improving/changing your daily routines. You will enjoy your daily life more when you do that. Thanks again for the effort that Camilla and you put in your videos. Buen Camino!

Very good news Per-Ola and Camilla! 🎉 I am happy that it’s not cancer!!! Ultreia!
My wife and I did the Santiago -> Muxia -> Fisterra walk two weeks ago during the Storms in Spain. It was unforgettable. Such a beautiful and quiet path. I recommend it. Muxia is definitely a place you should walk to in the future! And March is a perfect month because it is before Easter and of course before the crowds begin. We will do O cebriero to Santiago in September and Camino ingles next March. I just can’t get enough of that magical feeling. It’s hard to describe but you know what feeling I’m referring to. We are very happy to see your adventures and good luck with the move to your new apartment!

I hadn't heard about your cancer scare, but I'm very thankful that it wasn't cancer! Hooray! Thank you for this video. Truthfully, I had been stressing a bit about training, but see now that I was making too much of it.

@@Per-Ola_a_camino_hiker thank you. I like the goal of 15k steps a day average and then a month or two before the trip, train on more uneven ground, up and down hills etc. I'm finding your videos helpful, encouraging and relaxing at the same time. Thank you.

Amazing news about your mole (not the animal) and that you have got the all clear. This video was very useful too. Good luck on the move. Where are you going to keep your walking gear? Hope the storage will be as good in your new home
