Lou you are truly scaring me because I’m in my craft room wanting to make something special but started feeling so overwhelmed ( just like you mentioned ) with the amount of items I have. So, I sat down and opened my cell to see your lovely face telling me that your video could help keep today. How serendipitous. Thank you Lou, I appreciate your time and creativity.
Thank you for all your wonderful videos! You put a lot of work and love in all your video’s. ❤ I have been watching you for years. I’m so great full for all you have done for all of us crafters ❤ Im always looking forward to see what you are going to teach us next. Again THANK YOU!
That is so clever that you see the bcd in this. For me it is an automatic thing, but I love that you showed and explained it all.And your cards are beautiful 😍
Thank you Lou. Super helpful especially for me a less confident paper crafter. How about doing a video for each of the steps you have shown us here, expanding on the examples for each?
New subscriber here❤ This was just wonderful, Lou! I'm a newbie and this video is the most informative and concise guide I have seen. You've boosted my confidence, for sure ⭐Thank you⚘⚘⚘
Great video Lou. Love the ABCD concept. So easy to remember. That helps a lot. Your cards always have a unique touch to them that I love. You've helped a lot, as sometimes I can get in a rut of making the same type of cards. Thank you so much for sharing your great ideas and concepts with us. Also, your positive attitude with the added life stress of caring for an aging parent. I know how difficult that can be. It's amazing you are able to keep sharing with us as you go through this difficult time. Take care.😊❤
Good to see your lovely face in your video! I’ve done all of this instinctively for decades, but so helpful to see it in a ‘formula.’ Love your videos, Lou! 😘
The butterfly card is gorgeous! I loved this video so much. I struggle with the designing of the card and figuring out what goes where. This helps so much! Thank you for sharing this with us!
Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge. Your videos always excite me and motivate me to craft. They also inspire me, whilst watching I start bouncing ideas for cards in my head using the limited tools I have. Being in Australia we are limited to good craft supplies that don’t cost a fortune to ship 💕💕💕
Thank you for this video.❤ I've been making cards for 10 plus years now but mostly followed along with designers. This year I been testing myself on creating cards on my own. This will help.
Hello Lou, I can totally relate to you & anyone else being overwhelmed with the products I have. I can't bring myself to purge any of my craft products! I hope you will help me with this "block". Also, I buy quite a bit of your products, I love them. Over and over again I see some people using one of your background dies on utube which I feel isn't the correct way. I'm not sure it's 1 of yours, it's a Creative Craft 6x6 illusion background die. The 1st time I cut it I knew there was more to it. This 1 person on u-tube just used it 3 times offsetting all 3 just a tiny bit which was cute but then she cut off about 1/2" to get rid of the little triangles the die makes (I know they aren't there to just cut off) I figured out rather quickly how to take the 1st cut then place it back on the die & cut it the second time! When I finished I had the perfect image of thin lines around diamonds. It's beautiful!! I just wish people could have the same experience with this beautiful die plate! I understand there are no directions on this particular die however common sense told me how it should look. I was hoping maybe a video would help showing others how to use it. I'm not the pro u-tube video star. I'm not positive about who's the maker of the die plate is. I just was hoping that a video show others, what it can look like when used properly. Thanks sweetie and if you know of a video that I can't find or one that will be made PLEASE let me know, thank you so very much. Lisa Jordan XOXO
I have only been crafting for a few months, but went full in when I started it and already feel overwhelmed. I have now asked a friend if she would like to c9me every couple of weeks or so, so she can stamp, die cut, colour etc any of the things I have to make cards for her to sella’s I will never use everything. I was finished from work due to I’ll health and thought I would spend more time crafting, unfortunately aside from being overwhelmed I don’t have the physical strength to sit up for long, at least the items are getting some use.
