- I went to Motherwell v Ross County in the Scottish Premiership at Fir Park and even bumped into Scottish football UA-camr, @Goggsy99
Tony Watt scored the decisive goal for Motherwell FC who continue their great form this season! Callum Slattery also scored a great goal for the home side.
How far can Motherwell and Ross County go in the SPFL this season?

Going to the Scottish grounds is my current ‘project’ and have seen games on 18 of the current 42 SPFL clubs (although guess should be 41 with Queens Park playing at Partick Thistle). My ambition is get to the point to be able to say “I seen a game on all the current English (92) & Scottish (42) grounds! I’ve completed the 92 a number of times but new grounds and promotions and relegation (and covid) also creates a new ground ‘to do’! Keep up the great work!

You see an atmosphere is why you go to games especially from age 12, 13 14. That’s how to get the fans of the future.
You can either support a winning team at long distance or get involved and behind your local team and get the rewards of being part of something.

Great vid Sam. Motherwell were the team my Dad supported, so always got a wee soft spot for them (except when they're playing Rangers of course, LOL!). Nice to see one of today's kids (Goggsy will know what I'm on about - LOL!) enjoying himself for a change.

My first ever away game was to Fir Park so to see all the youngsters getting along is amazing. Great family club is Motherwll.

I was on a ground hop and was sat just behind you to the left. I also moved seat as the pole was in my way. Thought it was a decent ground and and okay atmosphere
At charlton the away stand has their views blocked by two massive concrete poles which is pretty darn funny
Fun fact is that the Motherwell support done that Viking chant against an Icelandic team in europe who then adopted it and then become part of the national team which was shown in the euros
You need to go to another Motherwell game the atmosphere is brilliant

There is a seat similar to the one u had at park heads away end or at least there used to be and the Pilar at park head is bigger

Reminds me of the bad seat I had atLuton town a few years ago. You have to do a video about worst seats fans have been in. At least you got to change . I didn’t and had to sit in a seat where the view of the goal was behind a pole. Luton is the worst away area in football.
I went there to watch my team when they had their plastic pitch. What a dump and what an unfair advantage. The ball was bouncing all over the place (same as at Oldham.)
@@chairmanalf7856 I agree I am not a fan of plastic or ‘smart grass’. I know Artificial pitches are not allowed in the English football league. I hope it stays that way. I know a few lower league Scottish clubs have them and they are awful.

Motherwell fan. Years ago we had a cup replay at Ibrox and I went to my seat and two coppers stood right in front of me for the whole game. Couldn't see anything. Asked them to move a few times and got cold shouldered then I lost the plot and almost got arrested when it turned into a screaming match! Probably the worst seats in Scottish football is the away seats at Aberdeen. You can basically only see half the pitch.
I’m a rangers fan and like going away Motherwell but mate yous have the worst place ever find a parking space lol

I was at the game yesterday in the away end, was a disappointing result as I felt we 100% deserved something out of the game, 7 hour round trip yesterday🦌

Motherwell fans started the 'Icelandic clap'. No joke - look it up. We played an Icelandic club in the Europa League who then adopted the clap and then it transferred into their national team. So yeah, this is the original right here
@@crussty I didn't know the clap was inspired by Motherwell supporters. I support Forest Green Rovers, but I see that clap being performed everywhere now on Sam's and other UA-camrs football video's that is why I asked.

The main stand is incomplete because home owner refused to sell.
Anyone the same aged as me and some older and all younger people. Will witness history hearts doing a Leicester and winning the league. First team to do it since Aberdeen done it in the 80s.

Actually went to Motherwell today got the 71 bus to Hamilton bus station took me 2 hours 1 minute to be honest just taking my mum out she has dementia so it was all good 👍only a 2 mile journey(not in that bus(

The thing about Scottish football grounds is that there outdated and need modern grounds & new stadiums plus grass pitches too hate those astro pitches
Hibs and hearts grounds aren't outdated same with Rangers and celtic.
Live thousands of miles away now (exiled Dundee United fan), but always enjoyed days out at Fir Park in the past. Some great matches over the years. 'Well fans a re a good bunch, I have great respect for fans who live so close to the home of the Ugly Sisters but choose to stick with their local club.
