Awesome job. Now this is just me. But this is how I see it if I built one. I would have put the blade out front about a quarter inch to a half inch further. A quarter inch probably would have been really good. but I think it would have looked a little better and stuck away from the track a little bit more. And on my blade how to put Flathead screws and just put the nuts in the back but that's just me. That way when you get through pushing you ain't got all that bolt nut or bolt head stuck up that holding all that dirt. But that's just how I see it you did an awesome job on it so don't take it out of context okay. 😃👍

Not a bad job . You've got your push arms a little to short. They should be about a half inch longer. Other than that nice dozer. 😀👍

I’ve found with the tracks if you run in wet weather or snow they rust tight and the dozers doesn’t move.
U should try to use aloy track pad i guess

I only use servo motor for all manuever..so far so good..myb just to be upgrade to worm gear motor for the track
I started years ago on a 963 tracked loader but feel like tearing it down and building a dozer. I have like 3 videos of it. Never finished it.
