Another glitched quest :(

There’s gonna be a quest later we’re in involves you putting a fuse into a fuse box, but there’s no way to get a fuse. There’s no fuse around and I’ve been searching for a fuse the whole entire map for two hours and I can’t find anything. Glitched

It's not the first quest for me where NPC randomly gets dead. I'm really confused.
