Thank you, Father, for posting this link to the book. It’s a challenge for me to get English, Catholic books where I live so I often go to “look inside” a book on amazon. Just when I’m very into it, it cuts off. Just like this excellent film Snippet ! I recently found TANBooks & Sophia Press both have a $5-10 dept. of newer releases and fine reprints of old Traditional Catholic books, that change every month. Feeling blessed as I stack for a cyber attack ? And other reasons. Also, I thank you for your Voice message. I was very surprised. May our Heavenly Mother embrace and protect you ~ En el Corazón Triunfante de Jesús ~
Great job with the film!! Would love to see a full length :) The Shadow of His Wings is such an amazing book!!
Just got the book in the mail. Thank you, Father, for including the link. ~ To Jesus through Mary🌸
This is an amazing story. My love for our Lord increased after reading the book

What morning prayers. Evening prayers should one say, could you outline what a Catholic day prayer life should be / look like
Hey Father!! I really miss all of you, I’ve been thinking about my journey a lot recently and am very grateful that I got the chance to run into y’all in Ireland. Tell the other priests and sisters that I said hello!
Amazing!!!

I read the book, but it was about his time in a prisoner of war camp, and I thought he was a priest. It was some time ago, so maybe I.'m wrong. He was deeply conflicted. pat farley
I agree with Debbie. I don't want to judge the film without seeing it first - but soldiers dying in mortal sin without confession should not be receiving the Holy Eucharist. It seems to be promoting the modernist and sacrilegious concept that all should come forward to receive, regardless of the state of their soul. As St. Paul said - "Whoever, therefore, eats the bread or drinks the cup of the Lord in an unworthy manner will be guilty of profaning the body and blood of the Lord." If I were a soldier dying on the battlefield, in a state of mortal sin, I would repent, pray for the grace of perfect contrition, and refrain from receiving the Blessed Sacrament, lest I risk damnation for unworthy reception.
The soldier who receives the Eucharist in the last scene is believed to be in a state of grace. One cannot receive the Eucharist in a state of mortal sin.
@@ServantsHMFilms "One cannot receive the Eucharist in a state of mortal sin" - AMEN!
We pray for the Home every day - and for all - that we may be faithful in believing in, living and spreading all the Christ has taught us. May our Blessed Lord Jesus, through His Immaculate Mother, continue to bless and guide all your efforts.
@@_thomase He is also just .. presumption is a sin and you have to be a Saint for perfect acts of contrition
@@_thomase So you dont think Saints AKA those not attached to Mortal or Venial sin BEFORE they die exist ? JP II The Great ....Padre Pio .....Mother Theresa were not spiritually united to our Lord before death ....and TOOOOO many others to list.... ? Holy Mother Church would not give the provision if they did not exist
