I also have the knotty pine’s advent. Her colors are my favorites! I finally finished my November project and the Anthology throw is now on my needles. I’ll get day 1 and 2 in the throw then open the full skein to put a few rounds of it in every 3 days.
Chickens do that to each other. Especially if they are molting. One will start to pick at the pin feathers, and once they draw blood, the rest will join in until you get a gory wound. They will do it to the bottom of the pecking order too, just because. You will need to put a little vest on the chicken over the wound to stop the pecking, or separate the chicken from the others, or it will continue. And, if you choose to separate the chicken, it will have to be forever. That was how we got our 7 hens and a rooster. They were being picked on by the chickens at our niece and nephew's house, and they had to be removed for their protection. You could put toys in the pen for the chickens too. Enrichment will help stop them from pecking on a less dominant one. Often, when one is removed though, they will pick on a new one once they have started.
Unfortunately it was an injury. We think he caught himself on something in their coop as his skin was pretty torn open. The light going out didn't help anything and of course the others saw blood and took advantage. Everyone is much better today!
So delighted to know you are a believer! I don't think the Lord so much cares how we study his word - just that we DO study his word. Different seasons in life will require different approaches, right? I am sorry to hear about the MCAS - that is a tough thing to deal with. I have dealt with chronic extreme insomnia for about 13 years, and it's pretty difficult too. Sounds like we've found a lot of the same alternative ways of dealing with things that have been more effective (IV's, saunas, special supplements, etc). Praying that you get well and stay well for the rest of December by God's grace! 💖♥
Happy to have found your channel. I love the down home feel with Faith, Family and Farm - and of course yarn! A perfect combination! 😊
Loved this so much!
Best advent for me! Thanks for sharing x
I lost my two precious ducks this summer to a racoon. It was so upsetting. I love your farm. I have rescue horses and chickens.❤

@knittingatthecreek I'm glad. I hope they don't pick on it again.
I should show my husband this video. He thinks I’m weird that I put lots of pillows on the bed. 😂
Lol, it drives my husband crazy! I think he'd be happy with a sheet and pillow haha!
Your dogs are adorable! What breed mix are they?
@alovelyyarn Thank you! They're both aussiedoodles. Remy is a standard and Rory is a mini ❤️
Omg I was just going to message you and tell you about the knitting creek because you both have so much in common!!!❤
@@knittingatthecreek That's what I thought! That's the type of breed we will probably get next time.
@meadowsweetfarmfiberartsdesign Haha. Ashley and I have been online friends for awhile now!
We've had several breeds over the years and these 2 are the absolute best dogs we've ever had!

Absolutely! These chronic illnesses are so hard to navigate! My prayers to you as well!!
It's the most wonderful thing, ... when Holy Spirit woos us into an awakening of the deeper essence of GOD (Jehovah, Jesus). ❤💜✝️
