Grand Teton National Park is in northwestern Wyoming and is part of the Rocky Mountains. This area gets an average of 14-feet of snow each year - so Jack and Colton are here to try backcountry skiing for the first time! They’ll be heading into the wilderness where there are no marked paths or groomed trails.

There are some really nice stromolites west of Laramie in snowy range. But I have never crashed into people or hit a tree.

If it makes you feel better I have a history of spectacular crashes caused by not paying attention to what I am doing. One time a ranger was talking he said "He crashes on purpose he likes going upside down". It was not on purpose I was looking at some exposed rocks my nose dug in then I did tamedogs for free.
