He was right about Syria being next. If no one could comprehend something like that as more than a joke, we are never going to have foresee our enemy's next move.
Im a veteran of the invasion and it reallllllly bothers me when I describe this scenario to people and they don't get it.... they wait for a punch line...... I live in north Dakota..... the north Korea of the Dakotas
First time I heard that Lee Greenwood song was in ~1992...I was in the Boy Scouts at the time, and we went to this big ass mega camp near Cincinnati. I am Canadian and was not aware of the tune. The last night of the camp, there was a big sort of closing ceremony thing, and they had either a recording of it, or a guy playing it live (might have be Lee himself for all I know, it was a while ago), and all the Canadian kids were looking at each other just stunned as it played. We were seated on the ground, but every time the "and I'll gladly STAND UP" part came, everyone (but us, initially) stood up and saluted. We're talking several thousand kids, and their leaders. It was the creepiest, most North Korea bullshit I had ever witnessed.
Lmao, yeah that's the best part. I'm tired of this Toby Keith patriotism bullshit. None of these people would ever put on fatigues and take a bullet for their platoon mates and country. They're just sitting back making money writing songs anybody could write.
i didn't notice the quotation marks in your previous comment. i thought you were saying those things; now i look at it and it looks like you were refuting them. my bad.
testing why!!!!! my post on 10 v/s 700 is not showing, if this shows, there is another example of you tube censorship, in my opinion after 10 posts of nothing
If you ever hear anyone making fun of people who are “triggered”, tell them that “God Bless the U.S.A.” by Lee Greenwood fucking sucks and then bask in the ensuing contradiction.
Im seriously not kidding.... the movie. .. it sucks we have to use movies to describe shit to idiots.... but the film green zone accurately depicts my experience in the invasion of Iraq. .. we were the lead unit from 3rd ID ..... my battery had been in Kuwait almost 8 months at the border BEFORE the invasion. .. we were a mechanized artillery unit and it was a mechanized invasion..... There were no major beach heads or air drops.... remember all the sandstorm photos. ... we were driving continuously through all of that. we found chemical weapons facilities that WERE NEVER USED... Anything any group found was either not entirely completed or never used .... the CIA sold Iraq information on weaponised LSD.... we found OOOOOOLD pamphlets at the facilities that described this as a weapon
10,000 less iraqi's? iguess this was aired in the 90's, now try 700,000 iraqi's, may the liars who facilitate so much blood die or be imprisoned, may the usa be what it was meant to be, a symbol of freedom.
I know that when I look for a really good stand up comedian, I always make sure to hire a fact checker. I wouldn't want all that comedy to be ruined by a faux fact.
I been listening to a lot of David Cross this weekend. Everyone says how great he is. And I did like his Mr Show stuff. But he is a mediocre stand-up comedian at best. With a pretty big ego taboot. I much prefer Lewis Black or Ralphie May.
David Cross is probably too intellectual for you to grasp his comedy - now that I have seen you have written "Ralphie May" I am not surprised you don't get David Cross's terrific comedy!!!!! He is actually one of the best stand-up comedians of the 21 century...

Their best reply can only be, " Well, at least I hunt(for fish)!"
