Writing data from Intouch to SQL using Blind list, and using SQLDataGrid to access the Database.

The following code works for me (AVEVA InTouch 2020):
ResultCode=SQLConnect( ConnectionId, "DSN=MixingStation;
DB=Intouch");
SQLInsert( ConnectionId, "Report","MaterialData" );
ResultCode=SQLDisconnect ( ConnectionId );
PD: ResultCode and ConnectionId I defined like MemoryInteger
ResultCode
Integer variable returned from most SQL functions. ResultCode is returned as zero (0) if the function is
successful and a negative integer if it fails.
ConnectionID
Name of a memory integer tag that holds the number (ID) assigned by the SQLConnect() function to each
database connection.

Công cụ historian của intouch rất mạnh. với những tag đến hàng trăm hoặc nghìn tag thì như thế này liệu ổn k ạ.

Đúng là rất mạnh nhưng bạn phải trả tiền licence cũng rất mắc. còn việc có bao nhiêu tag thì phần mềm đã hỗ trợ bạn không cần phải lo lắng cho nhà sản xuất phần mềm đâu.
