Can that be used on soapstone that has had mineral oil used on it for years?
Yes, I now use wax after years of mineral oil and it looks great.

@@KicoMendoza You really don't have to wait. Since it is non-porous you can clean the counter with any household cleaner and it will remove the oil.
Mineral oil doesn't exactly "evaporate."
