The only reason why she was saying she could've done anything she wanted when they were hanging out was because the gf took it in that direction calling her a bitch, etc. So she was retaliating to the gf's accusation: she could've done something because they were so close but she didn't because she loved him and respected their relationship. The gf was just being insecure and accusatory.

Jakki Cardenas that would be the case, if only the best friend didn’t keep it in the back of her mind reminding the girlfriend that she can have him whenever she wants, and made it clear that she would give him a chance if nothing else comes along.. wouldn’t you be insecure if your boyfriend was best friends with another girl for 7 years and understanding that there has always been some romantic tension build up between the two? Any gf would want that out of the pic. I certainly wouldn’t put up with that. The best friend will ruin every relationship he gets into bc she doesn’t want to lose her back up, he’s always been there waiting for her and she clearly is afraid of losing that.
