I am from a Middle Eastern country and my WP application+TRV application I made in 2022 was refused exactly the same way without any reasoning, evidence or procedural fairness, seems like officers do not follow rules and regulations. I believe this is a problem for all countries mainly where Chinook software is used for the mass processing of applications. Personally, I do not know how to solve the problem, at the end of the day, we are just weak individuals against powerful institutions. T
Those methods probably are, 1. Submitting a reconsideration request via web form which IRCC doesn't care to reply to, humiliating behaviour...2. Juidicial review at the Federal Court which is a costly and long method and also the result is not guaranteed!...
Hello Sir, I got my 2nd refusal on 19th September 2022 and the irony is that IRCC didn't give me "any refusal letter AT ALL" and they just refused my application. I was informed about the refusal just through the status on my application and I REPEAT they didn't give me any refusal letter AT ALL
They don't email letters.. They only send email saying you have message on your application. If you have not received that email and your email address on file is correct Then you have grounds to go after them for breach of Procedural Fairness
I received rejection from Edmonton. Reason of rejection - Purpose of visit to Canada is not consistent with temporary stay given the details you have provided in your application.

We have methods to fight IRCC against these procedural Fairness breach issues
