Hey! This was extremely helpful thanks a lot! However, I was wondering if this process is able to be done in other editing apps? Like Capcut for example? Because I can't really afford Power director pro so I was wondering if this is possible in other apps.

if u have an android device, u can just search power director pro on ur browser and download the pro version. If u dont have android device then... I guess u can use capcut; I'm not entirely sure tho

I download the background from my browser UA-cam; after you find your preferred background go to your browser link tab and type "ss" before "UA-cam" then download it from save from net.
I coloured the background with power director app, remember it has to be pro version or else many features would be missing and the power director watermark will be there. Hope this helped!
