Hi Ann! Hope you are feeling better after a rest. I was finally able to see the orthopaedist the other day and she told me I had really bad arthritis in my hip. Now, I've had it in my wrists for years, since my 20s actually, so I don't know why I was shocked when she told me my bones looked like a 7t year old woman 😭 So I went out and got that Voltaren like you told me about a year ago. I have been using that, my Bengay and the doctor gave me a prescription for Diclofenac Sodium (which is Voltaren in tablet form) With the combination of all 3 I can now walk up and down stairs again, while holding handrails. I can't do it while carrying objects yet, and I don't know if I'll ever be able to do that again. But one can hope! Wishing you the best. You have been on my mind a lot lately and I just hope you are taking the time you need for YOU
