This is heartbreaking and as strong as we know Ms. Robbie is this may be the very thing that does her in. I sincerely hope it does not but can you imagine crying over your grandson's murder, grieving for him every day, wondering for 4 years or so when the police will catch your grandson's murderer and all along the murderer was sitting right next to you going through all your grieving, wiping your tears away and all along it was your own son who set your grandbaby up to be murdered for some insurance money!! The only reason Andre was in St. Louis was because things weren't going well for him in Houston and Ms. Robbie wanted him there to keep him out of trouble and he winds up getting shot while under her care. She had to feel responsible for his death on some level and we all know it's not her fault. Tim let her live for over 4 years bearing that burden on her shoulders. Not to mention for over the last 4 years Ms. Robbie and Tim fell out, barely speaking to one another bcuz his doing things business wise behind Ms. Robbie's back without consulting her, losing money left and right bcuz you're in over your head bcuz you don't know wtf you doing!! Come on, who does this kind of shit. This is demonic and he's smiling in mug shots and shit. This some ID Discovery Channel type shit. Charles is going to be inconsolable! He could barely keep it together when Andre died and was caught in the middle trying to mend Ms. Robbie's and Tim's relationship and caught flack for that from both of them but Tim let Charles relationship with Ms. Robbie sour and all this time he's responsible for murdering Charles cousin, his own nephew. GREED & INSANITY. No child can love theirvmother and do some shit like that. You know how lucky Tim was to get out of jail and your momma starts a business so that when you get out you ain't got to beg nobody for a job. We all know once you have a record ain't nobody hiring you. You know how many mothers or parents in that same situation who do not have the skills nor resources to do what Ms. Robbie did for herself and Tim?Starting a business on her own. I thought the same thing. Lord, please let this not be true. But just like you said, the police usually make sure the case is solid before making an arrest in cases like this. My heart just aches for the entire family.

If the investigation took 4 years the state/feds will work hard to convict this man because they believe he did it. If he and the young lady didn't do it they will need expensive attorneys to fight it ...that's assuming his mother puts up her money for his defense, if his plea is innocent its gonna be costly. And the young lady "might" turn on him to get shorter time. But it's so sad for Ms. Robbie in her senior years to bear this kind of burden...and then his young children to experience all of this too...it's tragic on so many levels...such a sad situation...I did watch their reality show when it was on Own...this continues to be such an eventful year...

My heart broke for Ms Robbie and Andre's mother. But especially Ms Robbie cause she's spent her whole life trying to build a legacy for her family supporting them being the oldest. Followed her dreams to go sing that was cut short. Turned around with restaurants and employed family ex cons etc. She was always fair. Lost her oldest to violence nephews ex etc. But to lose what was left of her oldest son to her youngest is just cruel selfish greedy and heartless. I don't understand Tim. I prayed this wasn't true but lord I feel like Tim is gone and has gut punched this family

Did anyone pay attention to the contrast of how young Tim was when it went to prison? He was 17, the exact age Andre was when he came to live with his grandmother. Great deal of envy on Tim's part because he longed for his own mother at 17 but was locked away for committing a crime. Such a tragedy and Andre was such a likeable young man. RIP young man. No excuse for Tim having him murdered. Poor Ms. Robbie. She already had so much guilt for traveling and being on the road a lot from Tim, (she mentions this in one of the episodes). But, now his actions against Andre has possible made her probably feel even more of an unforgivable guilt by not being there during his impressive years.
He's still a 17yr old convict Mentally, Spiritually and Emotionally. So imagine coming straight out of the Pen and into that type of fame. Especially "reality tv". Something was bound to happen. Love to the Black Woman. We hold you up Miss Robbie!

Ms. Robbie has always believed that Andre was set up by someone he knew. He received a phone call by someone right before the shooting and was told to come outside. Honestly, this is certainly a hard blow for ANY MOTHER. She WILL believe it when ALL of the evidence is presented...she knows Tim has issues but probably had NO idea of how severe his issues were. She has probably been through sooo many situations with Tim that we will never know about. But that's STILL HER SON. Just know Miss Robbie has been to the "school of hard knocks". Not only has she worked extremely hard to rebuild her life after she had to stop singing, she built her business from blood, sweat and tears out of survival needs & most definitely to leave a legacy to her offsprings. Don't sell Miss Robbie short either...she is a strong, smart, intelligent, very wise & seasoned Believer of Christ with strong faith. She's from the ole school and does not live in Fantasy Land. Something about Tim always seemed a little off to me, but never in my wildest dreams I would have thought he was capable of something so horrific.. I think Tim was jealous of the attention and time Ms. Robbie was showing Andre, and he saw Andre more as financial competition than family. All those years in prison, he never had a bond or relationship with Andre, so to him it was probably no love to be lost.. Lost 10 years 24 years ago when the restaurant wasn't even existing, gained 200 pounds and about to do the remainder of years in prison for maybe 40 years or more.

So sad how can you have a loving mother like Miss Robbie and do something like that? The lady had everything laid out for him when he came out of prison and that's rare for a lot of ex cons. He had the opportunity of a life time and his mom is worth millions. I'm sure when she passes he would have gotten a nice inheritance. This was so unnecessary .

I think his experience in prison as a teen/young adult made him cold and ruthless. On the show he didnt respect or appear to love his mother. He may have blamed her for the way he turned out. She was probably always gone when he was a child. Still, no excuse for what he did. My heart goes out to " sweet baby" Andre's mother and brother and the Sweetie Pie family.

@Karen. Great interview. I think there is something deeper with Tim mentally. I think that something happen to him sexually or physically abusive at a young age. It was never dealt with or resolved. I feel he may have suppressed his true sexuality for years. His smile in the mug shot is saying this is nothing as being in jail for 10 years is like cake walk. He goes back and go into general population like he never missed a beat. I think he needs a LOT of therapy. A reality show more like made the issues worse.

Dana C., I agree. His behavior and energy in the interview tells me he is uncomfortable, something is amiss. Some people just feel like they need to take instead of build. Also, I think we need to dig deeper into why some people go to prison. If they are innocent of the crime, we understand. But when people deliberately break the law, or want to be lawless there’s a reason.
@kaykay69 No,I didnt but I understand as a child going to prison is NOT going to reform the inmate but psycologically harm him or her. He's in need if serious therapy and I'm not sure if that was an option when he was released. That family needs an abundance of therapy and healing. Going in a reality show only made those wounds worse. May God cover this family.

I am praying for Ms. Robbie...she goes so hard for her family and to have your own son involved in the death of your grandson (the only grandchild from her other son that is gone). This is so sad 😞

He is the worse person to kill your own nephew is disgusting. His own mother was next. I think the worse mistake was letting him out of prison after 10 years. They should have locked him up for life when he was 17 and his nephew would still be alive.

It's not unusual for a 17-year old to be locked away for 10 years. Growing up, I had a few homies that were 15 and did 10-15 years.
It's criminal to steal the future of kids who aren't fully formed. They don't do that to yt children.
