Thanks for the reaction! 'When Destinies Align' is a song from the Studio Album 'Electric Pentagram' (January 2020). This Music Video was filmed at the end of 2019 before the release of the 'Electric Pentagram' Album. On this MV Miho (bass, backing vocals). The bass line on the 'Electric Pentagram' Album is also Miho.
'When Destinies Align' (lyrics -Asami / music - Miyako) is a song about LOVEBITES . Originally Miyako (guitar/piano) , who wrote the music, gave the name of the future song - 'Lovebites'. After listening to the demo that Miyako showed, Asami (lead vocals) decided to write lyrics about the 5 members of the band.
From an interview with Asami: "I thought it would be a representative song about the five of us. I wrote lyrics about what's been happening to us so far".
When the lyrics were written, the title of the song was changed to 'When Destinies Align'. The music video features the ladies as Japanese samurai (clothes, armors, weapons). This has a deep meaning.
Samurai code "Bushido" ( "The Way of the Warrior" ) states:
- "A samurai has no goal, there is only a path"
- “Be who you are, not who others want you to be”
LOVEBITES are Ladies with the soul of a Samurais . Their Destinies Aligh in LOVEBITES, they chose their own path and follow it, breaking the usual stereotypes ( ladies don't know how to play metal; metalists should wear black clothing, chains, tattoos, etc , etc.)

This song was composed by Miyako and the original title of this track was LOVEBITES. Asami wrote the lyrics about the five members of the band. 🤘

This MV is rather old. I think it was released in 2020. The bassist is Miho the band founder. Fami joined the band about one and half year ago.
