Lina Khan is the only person in govt that doesn't bend over for $ and power... probably the best individual to be allocated power over the last few decades. Dismantling these near-monopolies cannot be easy, aside from probable death threats, I bet she has had to turn down generational-wealth level bribes in the name of being ethical and moral for all of us. If there's anyone you should back in govt, it's her without a doubt.
When it comes to face to face discussions, I’m usually polite with people I dislike but I think this lady might be one of those exceptions. Honestly props to you guys for keeping it civil. Retroactive enforcements for decade old deals are unethical and deeply un-American. I can easily list a handful of monopolistic abuse, even some that perfectly fit what the legislation intended (App Store) but nope.. this lady carried out an ideological crusade which she used a lot of jargon to describe (socialism). She is basically saying there is a cap to how big companies can get. Moreover what’s infuriating is, she is running the FTC like a pre-crime unit. They are predicting future monopolies in future markets. How tf is any of this constitutional? How tf is Amazon buying a $1b robot company preventing consumer harm from a monopoly? Adobe & Figma? Really?? You have Tim Cook raping us with a 30% tax to exist in the modern world and you’d rather go after Jet Blue and Spirit Airlines!?? in one of the most competitive markets in the world..
What does that even mean? It was entirely unscripted. Research what she's been working hard at, she's a genuinely good hearted person that is taking on titans for all the rest of us.
Just work with the FCC to get real net neutrality laws and that will cover 80% of the issues you are worried about. Don't bother trying to regulate things that are impossible to enforce at scale.
Effective, efficient and a very eloquent speaker. I wish this podcast was longer and not have the host cut short it so abruptly. Thank you!

Cool guest. But I did not find her answers to be particularly illuminating or candid.
