Can I ask how can you defend against teams with super speed and super aggressive players even though I might be using the same team but my players are clearly less aggressive and speedy? Plus defenders that practically wrestle you and the ref whistles on my simplest tackles and theirs are unpunished

Just try your possible to score more goals and you will be motivated to defend.. Defending improves when you are getting enough goals

Just quit the match. Doesn't make sense playing with such players who rely on ai pressing and defending. They are basically noobs

Change it from settings, gold is a plus but normal work too
