He established his branch in Karachi. The issues he faced are: people want a high salary with zero competency level, never come on time, never try to progress, etc etc. He then shifted that branch to India and everything went well. Low labor, people own the company and worked hard for its progress. So, our people have to change their attitude toward work and life if they want to progress. Otherwise, live with Jae Bhutto and Rotti Kapra Makan, Pelli taxi, etc.
I completely agree with your words . I myself am a Pakistani and have seen such behavior, a lot of people just want to do nothing or very little work and in return want high salary. I strongly emphasize on hard work and giving 100% for better future of the country and individual.
My friend is a doctor in US. He told US Indians are the most ethical professional and competent people he came across in life. They work hard and never complain.
I don't hate indians bcz that is what my religon and parents have thought me to never laugh at a failure bcz one day the failure will do something astonishing and the people who were laughing at him will sulk in sadness and despair.

Completely agreed with Karachi timings, my friends make fun of me because I also sleep at 10:30pm. You will find market closed till zahuar prayer. The whole world get up early and start working and finish by 5pm.
looks like Bombay timings!! When I moved to the west I was shocked to see people get out of office by 4/5 pm, get exercise, relax in parks and beaches, have supper by 8pm and bed by latest 9pm!!! Rise at 5am, exercise, breakfast by 7am and office by 8/9 am..... wah!! what life!!!

The usual problem in such scenarios is - 1. Power concentrated in the hands of the elite 1% 2. Inequality in wealth distribution. 3. Govt ignoring infrastructure and public welfare. 4. Overt religious control. Once these 4 points are worked on public sentiment will change.
Wealth can't be distributed among all equally... Those who work hard and smart are more deserving to earn more wealth.... Distribution of wealth among all equally will reduce competition which will lead to lesser development

I always say that we need to be one of the below things, Highly Educated Or Full on Religious (Not Fundamentalist) In order to make the society a better place to live. See no matter what we become from above mentioned option we will at least start behaving like a civized person. In religion we have primary examples of Nabi Pak Muhammad (S. A. W) and all the Sahaba Ikram. And in worldly educated people we have our QuaideAzam Muhammad Ali Jinnah. Compare the life of both ends and you will find out that both sides were able to benefit the society to the extremes never heard of. So Pakistani society as a whole is just a pile of crap until we turn towards real teachings of Islam or we become proper educated person. Otherwise there is no hope TBH.

Akhirat beshak asal Zindagi hai, magar uske liye Imtehaan, dunya mein hee toh hai. Emaan waalon ke sar buland rehte Hain, dunya or akhirat mein. Kya humaare sar buland hain?? Nahi! Traffic condition in India is Improving. Govt has come up with new motor vehicle rules enhancing the challan and fine amount astronomically. People have been issued challans worth 50-60 thousands . In two days there was a massive chance in traffic behaviour.

W) and all the Sahaba Ikram. And in worldly educated people we have our QuaideAzam Muhammad Ali Jinnah. Compare the life of both ends and you will find out that both sides were able to benefit the society to the extremes never heard of. So Pakistani society as a whole is just a pile of crap until we turn towards real teachings of Islam or we become proper educated person. Otherwise there is no hope TBH.
