@@GWilliamsonModels Thanks George. I wasn't sure whether superglue could be 'broken' easily, without risking damage to the figure. I wondered whether something like PVA would be needed. But if you use superglue, it's good enough for me!
I wondered this, but experience on the footplate shows that both members of the crew should look both ways along the journey..if that fails, the train will always be coming down from the quarry 😅
@@GWilliamsonModels Oh yes, the crew are enjoined to watch their train, but not at the expense of 'keeping a sharp lookout' ahead. Can the driver be realistically positioned looking ahead, while his fireman looks behind?
@@peterrobinson6872 not this particular driver, I think the train will just have to run backwards most of the time, doesn’t make a huge difference to me!
A superb video
Thankyou ❤️
They look amazing
Thankyou! Figure painting isn’t my strong point so I’m glad they pass
Isn't your strong point??? I disagree
@@dmulders5347 I appreciate that, but I’ve got a lot to learn
this is a great way to start my day ^ ^
That’s brilliant to hear, thanks for taking the time to comment
Sensational, George.
Thanks mate
George, great modelling, as always. What sort of glue do you use to glue the figure to the cotton bud please?
Just a drop of superglue

Superb figures, and painting, and really suit the loco. However, won't they look a bit silly when the loco runs smokebox first?
