Thank you Fr Antony for the teaching on gluttony and quoting bible verses for reference. Gluttony can lead us to drunkness and therefore we become rebellious and want to go on eating. Fr Anthony thank you for giving us suggestions how to overcome the spirit of gluttony specially by taking the bread of life. Fasting will give us power to fight gluttony. We need to receive the Eucharist daily so we can be strengthened. There is no thirst or hunger that cannot be satisfied by our Lord. Lord give me the grace to turn to you when I cannot resist being greedy and go on feasting at the table in Jesus's mighty and glorious name I pray.
