I got selected in EY through campus placement . I got placed as Analyst -Tech consulting (SAP) . We had an aptitude exam . Then GD . Then Technical interview and lastly HR interview. In the Technical interview I was asked about my projects that I did in my Btech and situation based questions. I was also asked about where you see yourself in 5 years , why EY and all the questions that you mentioned. Then at HR interview they basically asked from my CV about my extracurricular and how can we attract more females in the industry since EY is one of the most diverse organizations.
Great insight Damaris! I currently work for a Big 4 firm in Toronto and it was definitely an interesting process. I actually just shared a video on what consultants ACTUALLY do at a big 4 firm ✨
You answered well. me last week I had interview and my mind blank. The most difficult is asking how long you will stay and what cna you do for company.
I have an interview on Monday with EY. In the previous videos, you said that there are two interviews, one where they try to know you and the other which is more technical. Is this video a combination of both interviews or just the second one? And also this '' two interviews thing '', do you think it's the same for all countries? PS I am very nervous.
This video included both interviews, I did not get technical questions. Sometimes there's a phone interview before the office visit interview. In my case, I had two office visit interviews. Hope your interview went well!
@@UnmodifiedOpinion Hey, the interview went well. They still haven't replied me if I move to the next round. Anyways, thank you for your content. My next interview will be a Case Interview. Do you have an Idea about that?
Really need to just list the questions in the video description. I'm currently preparing for interviews and I'm trying to get as many impressions as possible, and I can't always listen to 10-15 minute videos just to find some potential questions.
Saying that you want to be a manager in front of a manager is the stupidest thing. I personally know people having been chucked out of the selection process for saying that. Employment and Recruitment coaches specifically prohibit from saying such things. Wrong advice
some companies have multiple management positions so as she says, it shows that you are ambitious and will give the hiring manager a projection of your growth and willingness to commit to the company. The only person who would not like that answer is an insecure person.

Hmm, that's a good point. I guess it depends who you're interviewing with.
I don't think the manager would want to be in that same position 5yrs later though..
Yeaah.. u can say that i am looking forwrd to be in a highr position in your company
