My scooter cuts out completely if you turn the throttle at all. It takes about 2 minutes of it bogging out like that before it will let me rev it like normal and ride. It seems to only do this in cold weather. Once the scooter is warmed up it rides and runs greats! Any thoughts please?
Hi please can you help me. I have a wangye eivessa 2 125cc year of the bike 2022 it has done 2215 miles i bought it second hand and had a months warranty which has run out. When the bike is ticking over I have a mass of blue smoke coming out of the exhaust and the bike cuts out due to excess of smoke. The carborrettor is an EFI. At present I have not messed about with it. Is it possible I have a leak on the carburetor or is it a case of piston and rings need replacing along with the valves and seals. I have ordered a compression test kit and will do a test. Please can you give me some advice if it is possible the the carburetor mixture or a hose leak within the engine bay. Cheers
@@MOTORSUncut I don't have a dealer in my local area to have the bike serviced. I'm not sure if its piston and rings along with valves and seals need replacing as its seems to be burning oil. I'm not sure if their is a leak in and around the engine. I have ordered a compression test kit which should hopefully eliminate the engine as mentioned. I have 50cc yamaha tzr 50 , starts fine, idle is fine no smoke from exhaust, it splatters only at wot or when it comes to 8k rpm,and stops if i let of a gas a little bit..changed the petcock,fule line and fuel filter..previos ownwr said main jet is bigfer is that a proborm?

I put a brand new carburetor on my 150cc scooter and it started to bogged down when accelerating after putting the new carburetor. I don’t know why it started doing it after putting a brand new carburetor
@@MOTORSUncut I found the solution i put the old carburetor back and it doesn’t bogged down anymore. It looks like it was the new carburetor came defective when i bought it
is there a reason why my scooter can't go slowly, it wants to do wheelie with a light throttle and then it goes normally with light throtle, I want it to go slowly not to do a wheelie I almost fell more than once I tried to replace the spring,weights, the situation only gets worse
Do all these suggestions work for a 300CC fuel injected Chinese scooter? Mine bogs down and turns off when you enthusiastically give it gas. Gentle rolling off from a stop doesnt cause this issue. Also, the scooter doesnt accelerate past 57kmph unless you twist it to the max, then it acts like a supercharger and boosts itself forward. I have ordered a throttle position sensor for the dodgy acceleration and I hope that sorts it out. Dont know what to do about the bogging
Of first of all it’s not a pressure regulator and it’s definitely not called a petcock. It’s a diaphragm full pump that works off engine vacuum .just to set the record straight.a petcock turns the fuel off and on . And a presser pressure regulator regulates the pressure in a system usually in a fuel injection system with an electric pump but some mechanical pumps do have a regulator. Not trolling just wanted to say that so your viewers don’t get it wrong when they go to purchase parts.

Also it is very hard to start when cold. 50cc Chinese scooter
Check the vacuum lines, the intake manifold for any defects and the intakes base gasket.
Mines doing exact same. Idles fine. Dies with Any throttle at all.. did u find the fix?
@@Handlehandlebars unfortunately I never got the problem fixed. I sold it as is for $650 and bought a Honda Grom 🤓
i was riding my moped and when i full throttle after a couple of minutes the speed starts decreasing on its own without braking

Its the flooded isnt it im goona drill a hole and put a screw or rag in the bottom where the fuel collects before the piston.

2020 ice bear vision 150cc I put a cone air filter and it restricted air flow making it bog at high throttle. 60mph top speed.
is there a reason why my scooter can't go slowly, it wants to do wheelie with a light throttle and then it goes normally with light throtle, I want it to go slowly not to do a wheelie I almost fell more than once I tried to replace the spring,weights, the situation only gets worse
Just be easy on the throttle

Just unscrew them if you can’t find the screw lift up the covers

Google the bolt size or measure it with a ruler or tape measure, calipers if you have them do best

Petcock is still a petcock and does use a diaphragm to move fuel on demand.
