I don’t think we will see him on defense in the playoffs, but maybe Special Teams. It would be sick if he stoned someone trying to return a kick and forces a fumble for him. He’d be an instant fan favorite.

Great signing!! I honestly wanted Cine in 22 we had 3 picks remember (b4 the A.J trade) . Remember safety was a whole going into the draft. Epps a ps player was the starter. Georgia plays a similar scheme as Fangio zones. Viks more of a press man.

I give this pick up an A Reason is that the risk/reward ratio is enormous. He’s not taking up a roster spot from anyone but another ST player. He has utility as a gunner or a big playmaker on ST. Also he’s already in the culture coming to play with his old teammates. His injury put him down the depth chart and he just didn’t get the time and development to work his way back up.

Liked him since college and this signing is low risk, high reward for the Eagles. Fangio is a no nonsense coach like Kirby and his Georgia brothers are here, it’s a perfect situation for him to thrive without the pressure to. Can’t really grade it since it didn’t cost the Eagles anything except a 5th safety roster spot.

Nice breakdowns , if I had to guess he won’t even be active for playoffs , hell might not even get a #😂 this is all for next season just like Isaiah rogers was
He's had a lot of injuries. It's the reason why he was let go: Compound fracture: In Week 4 of the 2022 season, Cine suffered a compound fracture in his lower left leg while covering a punt against the New Orleans Saints. He was carted off the field and underwent surgery in London, ending his rookie season. Hamstring injury: In the 2023 season, Cine missed time due to a hamstring injury in Weeks 4 and 5. He was also a healthy scratch for two games. Knee sprain: Cine suffered a knee sprain in the preseason of 2022. Leg injury: In August 2024, Cine was considered day-to-day with a lower leg injury.
They had an open spot, where they could be able to bring him into their camp next year and kick the can and see if there's anything there. The Bills didn't see it, maybe the Eagles find something, no need for a deep dive. He had some flaws as a late first, got hurt, here we are.
Can't go wrong signing another Georgia Bulldog. Our Georgia Bulldogs are a big reason why our defense is #1 in the league. He guys have developed in the NFL and flat out know how to win. This might be another find by Howie. Howie! Howie! Howie!
It would be a dead cap hit of $29.6m to cut him, so maybe they could find a trade partner. I think he'll probably be back but that's just a gut feeling
He was a baller at Georgia. Maybe getting in with the other Georgia guys, he might get back to form. Fangio can figure out where he fits best.
Vic wanted him that's why they sighed him so you know he seen something in him

It takes time to learn Fangio's defense. Learning in a "one and done" environment likely won't happen.

All of em
Slay ain't declining and this is a safety BTW.
Who got cut?
Ian
4th string qb
Howie strikes again!
The bills must have a surplus of safeties
Love the addition. My only question is why didn’t we sign him earlier this season
Where does this put Sydney Brown and McCollum?
Right where they are now
It think this is a move for ST this year and if he picks up the def he could be top backup next season the other guys need to stay on bench
He was a first round pick 3 years ago. Those don't get cut if they are good.
I always liked his potential
Him and Sydney could be dangerous in the future though 🤔

The only question is why was a former 1 rounder cut so soon in his career? That's the issue to examine
