My pups love chicken paws. One got loose & didn't leave today. He was hot & went to the shade. He can sit & roll over so far. 😂 Definitely stay.

I adopted my dog about 8 months ago. When I first got him, he was already 2 years old. He's a non fixed american bully male and I'm starting to feel very anxious. We're seeing a trainer, we do obedience exercises and I try everything. He is aggressive towards other animals and humans. He won't let anyone walk by our side without barking, the first 30 to 40 minutes of our walk, he won't stop attacking people who come inside the house, inability to introduce him to any other human being. On the other hand, he listens to me at home , has no dominant behavior over food and/or toys and is very gentle during playtime. I'm afraid to walk him during the day, and I try to let all his energy out by running during the night but it has become more of a burden than a joy. I live in Paris, and I tried taking him to the us to get proper care but it's not possible to have him travel in suit with me on the same flight. I'm worried to send him off in cargo because of his aggressive behavior, and I also can't really afford it. I got to a point where I don't see the light at the end of the tunnel. This is why I have come to you for help.

We have a similar problem but have found consistent training is helping. We rescued a 4.5 year old bully from the shelter. He’s a good boy but is super dog reactive and we don’t trust him around other people. He def has a bad past from being on the streets to being abused. We hired a trainer who specializes in bully’s and it’s making all the difference. Best of luck to you I know how stressful it is!

@jamiejam3825 The trainers are getting ridiculously expensive here in Texas. Not saying they aren't worth it, but Lord. Lol. Mind if I ask what you're paying and for how long/sessions?

I always bring treats on hikes with my dogs bc they never stray away for very long or go to far knowing I've got the water and treats.

What about a deaf bully/ bulldog mix ? She’s very smart and fast learning but I’m struggling with reactivity and focus

    Thanks for the videos bro!
My bully is not food motivated, not toys motivated... not petting/praise motivated... What can I do?

Gotta do all as baby steps ie go back to house training your dog if they won’t listen inside the house they won’t listen outside make em wear a leash when inside so if you ever say come here you can use the leash and also treat at the same time get them used to moving around with you

What do I need to do for training I got a Staffordshire Bull Terrier fixed 72lbs 16 months old I had her for 6 months had no training but listen perfectly. Now I recently got a 75lbs 2yr 3 months old American Bully Standard size not fixed. Listen well needs more training to get comfortable with me and understand I'm boss. But my big problem I'm having with him is he is trying to hump my Staffordshire Bull Terrier and jumping on my fiance. He is a good dog but that behavior needs to stop. We tried the calming meds but that has not helped. What is some advice the community can give me? I had pitbull breeds for years but this my first American Bully.

I understand he has a lot of good content to condense in his clips but I continue to find major holes in the messages. Im not a trainer but I have the backstory w a extremely difficult rescue bully w high drive and years in with him of trial and error . I have had success but as he often highlights with deep commitment to the dogs needs physically and psychologically.. there are so many factors based on liter time or street time .. etc . One thing I feel that is maybe not intentionally left out or articulated fully / or the content is very scripted for this format). Is in regards to positioning: in order to always be the alpha position to this type of dog, and earn its respect --(non verbal cues take timeeeee!!! )I find in any situation the owner must position themselves vertically and stand over dog esp. when giving /teaching commands. Just that physical presence of you are over the dog is not to be underestimated. Test it , and try giving commands while your sitting or at same base level ( couch /bed) they will not see you as their leader they will instinctively see you as equal and play all types of arrogant games and the one who will be frustrated is you! It’s a real mind game with these guys.and you can’t feel bad w discipline and structure ever , or atleast show them your guilt 😅… literally go in another room if you feel week. !!!Do not cave and do not even let them see you thinking about caving . Or your not going to get anywhere w this breed . They will see you as a simp and that’s not who they follow or obey. This is the core characteristic of a bully, and many working dogs. 2) to piggyback off that , be careful with oral play with pits and find the balance bc they do have fun with that toy battle etc or even rough face play but no matter what do NOT let them win. After the little rope play is expelled some nice energy you take that toy/bone/ rope etc right back away from them and give them a nice pat or clap or if needed be serious AF.. and make sure you end the game with possession of the toy. Always . These are just 2 of many things that this clip neglects . He literally lets her have her way with the toy in her mouth while praising her and the bullshit. Def a no for me . And misleading .. 3) spend time w your dog and for sure build resource value and discover what they actually value aside from ( obvi) food/toys are easy ones, so no excuse to not really be able to strengthen resource training .. as he said you want them to value you etc etc but disagree w that a working dog of this breed who is stubborn or rescue bully’s /confused will actually see owner and recall over a prey drive situation like a bird or other dog .. thats not true . I’m just keeping it 💯

I'm alpha when my daughter is not home. As soon as she's home, the bully acts like he own her. He gaurds her from me and our other dog. If we get to close to her,he acts crazy. He sits on us , he growls at me and the other dog. My daughter thinks it's cute, but I'm going to have to train him to stop.
