i recommend turning off Save replay in Rocketleague, by unchecking the Binding, because it's basically recording in the match, even when you didn't save the replay, so it slows down performance
This is so very much appreciated! Input lag and heavy car bug plagues more of the player base than Psyonix, Epic, or the RL Community at large is willing to acknowledge. I have been TSing my issue for ages and will be using this video as my adjustment base. For now I have made a few tweaks to my Nvidia settings, as well as Ethernet, etc. I hope to continue with gradual implementation and adjustment as time allows and upon reviewing Ravena's video in detail. Celloh wtf the config gamepad setting from 0.3 to 0.1 is insane. I was using 0.01 dz because of input latency now I use 0.05 and it still feels faster than I did on 0.01. Is there any downside to this? Like it feels extremely sensitive now and I find myself messing up speed flips because of it, just like it did on 0.01 or is that what normal input latency feels like?
@@connorcargo thats not correct. The controller deadzone does affect your flip inputs. Higher deadzones will make tighter flip cancels (speedflips particularly) a little more difficult

Same lmao, my main is on steam and my smurf is on epic and feels faster, maybe is because of number of the friends that u have, also I did move the replays from the Demos folder, I saved them in an external folder to not lose them, so I load rl without replays and feels alot smother, maybe is placebo idk, u should try
Your files for rocket league could be slightly different on multiple accounts. Enable cloud saves for steam or epic in order to have all your game files from different accounts matching

@@yes_in6706 just go to your controller binds and hover over the save replay bind and unbind it by pressing X or Square on your controller

not that I know of, turns out this setting change was known amongst top players for a long time and I leaked a pro secret
also, any flips is non-related to your .05 controller deadzone, if you're backflipping or find flips sensitive you need to raise your Dodge Deadzone

bro i swear windows is so random. I can go a couple months perfectly fine, than 1 day later, i'm losing 300 fps and i'm hitting 3ms input delay highs
