I think you're so right about the trust philosophy. I don't really have much of a budget for this hobby, but I subscribe to the headphone show, and only buy gear (and will only buy gear) from you folks, because I trust you and appreciate the passion and hard work you all put into sharing your enjoyment with others. Sharing is really what your company seems to be about. Community and integrity are rare in businesses, especially these days, it seems. Thanks!
Andrew and Taron are absolutely awesome. They remind me of Paul McGowan of PS Audio by how they have persevered and beat a lot of odds to build a terrific business and audio community. Amazing stuff.

How does the return policy apply when products are discounted? For example if I baught the Arya Stealth at $1300 and a few months later they dropped to $1000, then could you request that discount?if not then I would threat them that I would return the product and buy it again at the cheaper price which will force you to basically give me that refund, but it will be worse for you guys.

While we’re talking about community, does anyone know if there are headphone-based meetups aside from shows? I collected knives for a good portion of my life and we had them all the time. I’d love to get together and talk sound with some people, but don’t know many people in the area.
You guys took the opposite approach that another company with a name that rhymes with Soon Gaudy-o. You hired knowledgeable guys and let them express their sincere opinion. They hired a girl who clearly knows nothing and make her read scripts that someone else wrote in order to promote sales.
No product is perfect. Acknowledging potential negatives actually makes me more likely to purchase a product. Lack of criticism makes it look like the company is hiding significant drawbacks.
Told my wife about what Andrew's wife said in the past about how many headphones did he need and she said she wants to contact his wife to commensurate about our buying habits. Lol

One of the biggest high-tech retailer in France, FNAC, has a "lab" founded in 1972 and they have been reviewing the products they are selling. All products do not have 5 stars... They do not offer 1 year returns, though.
