Solid tips. That last one about letting the body lead the punch can't be overstated. It's helpful when you're tired, it disguises the shot on its own and it can blend in with the slipping motion to really confuse your opponent.
In my opinion to properly do this try practicing how to move your body while throwing punches without throwing punches just do the body movement and hip rotation without throwing the punch, once this is completed and you get good at it then try practicing how to extend your arm and clinching the fist at the last second, If you focus on hip rotation and body movement first your brain will master that alot better because its being emphasized rather than learning first how to whip and clinch your fist, when you add both together its as if you learned two different things and unifying them into one movement this is what helped me hope it helps whoever is reading this
Wow, as an amateur boxer, that tip on body first then arm motion second is really key in increasing my power. I didn`t know I was doing arm punches until I knew that.
@hybridwarriortraining hello sir , uhm could you please give me a tip ? Whenever I try to uppercut with my right hand ( I use the Orthodox stance) I end up grazing my face too I started boxing like 4 days ago and finished Tony's 101 guide and come to your channel for more tips , Do u know what I'm doing wrong
