      Thanks for the comments. This is my first restoration project. I am learning a lot. Hope to finish by June 1.

      Thanks Dirk. It has been fun. I hope to finish this project up by June 1. Thats about 45 days. I better get crackin!!

    Is the misaligned pin on the same side as the bent radiator bracket? If so, perhaps whatever bent the radiator bracket also caused the pin misalignment. In that case, I would have looked for the lower half of the split axle tube to be slightly deformed. That would cause the misalignment and not be all that obvious.

    I get my parts from rusted red akers. He is all IH. And his farms are made in the US.
