- In a military camp located in Bourges, the Higher Commission for Inventions attended the tests of a gun designed by Delaunay-Belleville fitted on a tracked chassis. Also seen during the trials at Bourges are two Renault FT Self-Propelled Guns. One is the Canon de 75 Mle 1897 sur Char Renault, STA and the other is the Matériel de 105 L sur Char Renault, though it makes a very brief appearance.
Trials by the Direction des Inventions, des études et des expériences techniques
Film produced by the Section de cinématographie technique de la direction des inventions
Original footage is from CNRS Images.
Interpolation frames for the speed correction was performed by RIFE artificial intelligence.
I would like to thank Saumur, Bovington, Militracks, Museum of the American GI, and Panzer Picture for providing the audio for the Renault FT, Schneider CA1, Saint-Chamond, and Schneider CD.
