Na ntc ko ang concern na ito recently. Tinawagan ako ng globe after ko mag email sa ntc. Pinagpipilitan nila na wala silang access sa sim lock code. Nakakabwisit lang kasi wala nga silang signal dito sa amin pero ayaw nila pagamit. Iyon daw mobile phone or DEVICES, mobile devices daw which means phone pa rin. I follow up ko uli kay ntc kung totoo ba sinasabi niya. Admin, pa share naman po sa akin kung talaga bang binigyan ka ng sim lock code or hindi. Kasi sa akin ayaw talaga nila ako bigyan. Sinabi nila na pwede naman sa mga third parties pero di nila recommend.

Na ntc ko ang concern na ito recently. Tinawagan ako ng globe after ko mag email sa ntc. Pinagpipilitan nila na wala silang access sa sim lock code. Nakakabwisit lang kasi wala nga silang signal dito sa amin pero ayaw nila pagamit. Iyon daw mobile phone or DEVICES, mobile devices daw which means phone pa rin. I follow up ko uli kay ntc kung totoo ba sinasabi niya. Admin, pa share naman po sa akin kung talaga bang binigyan ka ng sim lock code or hindi. Kasi sa akin ayaw talaga nila ako bigyan. Sinabi nila na pwede naman sa mga third parties pero di nila recommend.
May update po ba ? Nag request din ayaw nila nag email nadin ako sa NTC waiting sa response naka cc sila sa email

Kulitin mo sila. 2019 pa yung memorandum mula sa NTC. Mag 2023 na, after 15 days nung 2019 effective na ang memorandum.

Ganyan talaga pag wala alam yung agent . Pakita mo yung memorandum na pinakita ko para ma convince mo sila. Nasa memo na kasi yan kaya bawal sila hindi maglabas ng codes.

hirap din pumila sa globe ng walang mappresent na account number hahaha. last october pa ako nag eemail sa kanila at yun ang need nila, ang problema karamihan sa mga postpaid modems na hawak natin ay 2ndhand na nabili sa marketplace at yung mga seller ay wala rin alam kung anong account number ng may ari since confidential.. Hindi naman sa nagcocomment ng negative pero sana boss kung malinaw lang ang caption ng video at specific acceptable pa, pero since meron "tutorial" at "via code" kahit sino mag eexpect. Sinabi rin sa video nya nung nakaraan sa mga comments na hintayin nalang sa Dec 1 kasi "marami ang umaabuso" mejo hindi po malinaw rin sa amin kahit mga alagad kami ng umaasa.
