      Yea I take notes all the time especially when they ask me questions with multiple parts. Good luck! And let me know when you get hired!

    Oh wow! I remember doing #2 when I moved to a new county. I always have questions for them too! 😂 These are truly great tips. Interviewers like to know that you know about where you want to work.

    When and how do you ask about pay? Seems ridiculous to me there's so much issue with this question as it's essential to know.

      Hi Suzie! Usually school districts post a salary scale (and even charter schools too). I would avoid discussing pay in an interview. Great question though!

    The hand shake thing is so awkward! I usually like to make a joke to acknowledge why I'm not shaking hands "no handshakes during covid right?" it's just so awkward 😩

      Thankfully when I interviewed for my role last year, my school leader didn’t even reach out to shake hands. We simply waved at the end of the interview. But I understand about the awkwardness☺️👋🏾

      @@counselingwithmrb Thank you. I was actually offered a position 2 days ago and I accepted. I've worked as a counslor for 7 years and this will still be a huge change and challenge. But your video did help with the interview.
