for one of my single stained population I dont have the range gate displayed. How do I add a range gate ? Thank you
What is the advantage of this method ?
No advantage at all. If anything, you could introduce errors as doing compensation by eyes is not accurate. To be on the safe side, it's better to use acquisition-defined compensation matrix from when you acquired the samples.
