A Day on LAKE ORTA / Orta San Giulio / Italy 4K

Set in the foothills of the Alps, Lake Orta is arguably one of the most beautiful spots in northern Italy. Compared to the other Italian lakes, Lake Orta is less touristy and less crowded place where you can enjoy peaceful and serene atmosphere combined with breathtaking views. The main town - Orta San Giulio is a picturesque small town, characterized by charming alleyways and little squares filled with cafes and shops.
A short 5 min boat ride will take you to the nearby island of Isola San Giulio which is dominated by the Romanesque basilica, the adjacent bishop's palace and the Benedictine abbey. The main street "the way of the silence" will guide you around the island.
