Converting American Timpani to German, pt 1

Follow along as Daniel (DK Percussion) converts a set of 1998 American Drum Manufacturing Company Mark XI ("Walter Light") timpani from "American" setup (low drums on left) to "German" setup (low drums on right.)
In part 1, measurements are taken, a jig is made, holes are drilled into the aluminum struts, and half the process of switching the wheels around is completed.
