There's one error in the last problem that you've taken.
Since the 2nd variable x_2 was unrestricted in the primal, so the 2nd constraint of the dual should have an equal sign.

Yes,sir I solved last problem in both case means when in primal form and after I solved it in dual form by big M-Method,both give same results (Max:z=20/3)only when w1,w2',w2" is used in problem not only sayings"w2" is unrestricted.but when we say that "w2"is unrestricted it gave the result(Max:z=9) in dual form which is wrong.because both results must be same...
