How to make Driverless LED Flood Light, LED Manufacturer Guide

In this video, VST Lighting is going to show you how to wire driverless LED Flood Lights. 'Driverless' means our LED Flood Light doesn't need the standard separate LED driver. The 'driver circuits' is integrated to the PCB boards, which is so called DOB (Driver on Board). This Driverless AC LED Module makes the production of floodlight extremely easy.
Below are the main advantages of AC directly powered LED light engine arrays:
1. Directly powered by AC 120V (100~140V) / 220V (200~265V), say goodbye to costly LED power supply, much cheaper
2. No need to install the LED power supply separately, increase productivity and save labor cost
3. You can import the AC powered led lights in SKD/CDK to save considerable duties
4. All components are integrated on PCB board and assembled automatically by SMT machines, lower defect rate
5. Save weight and volume due to driverless, lower shipping and storage cost
6. Easy and convenient maintenance, no need to struggle between issues from LED or Driver, just change the whole PCB board.
7. Modular design, simple structure, flexible combinations, easily to make customized solutions
8. Can take AC direct COB LED modules separately, or lights in SKD/CKD for in house assembly to save duties, or ready driverless floodlight.
