She was feeling betrayed and all the emotions turned the love into hate, basically although she loved Adora she thought that Adora didn't care for her or the hoard and was willing to just leave her behind
Yeah she was just angry that Adora always is better and more perfect than her even tho she loves her deep inside
i say a lot of it was down the the manipulation and shadow weaver and how she blamed catra for adora leaving and catra suffered because of that.
What can I say? The girl needs therapy
1 - Being mentally and physically screwed over by Shadow Weaver her entire life.
2 - The show makes it very clear how close Adora and Catra were in the Horde.
3 - The old phrase "we hurt the ones we love".
4 - She is a cat.

Kudos to Aimee Carrero and AJ Michalka (Adora and Catra’s respective voice actresses) for their fantastic portrayals during the kiss. It was truly emotional. Also, Karen Fukuhara and Marcus Scribner (Glimmer and Bow’s respective VAs) did just as spectacular! I’m gonna miss this show.

Not me getting emotional because the Promise theme has always resolved to something in the same minor key that conveys heartbreak (if not flat-out devastation), but for the kiss there are hints of major keys and the instrumentation/voicing/melody is more triumphant

Scorfuma has to be the healthiest ship here. A flowery sweet hipster girl with her buff sunshine girlfriend? I'm also so glad that Scorpia starts getting all the love that she gave to others. It was so touching to see Perfuma genuinely care for Scorpia and even tell Catra off for treating her badly.
Entrapta and Hordak was also so wholesome. Putting aside the fact that Hordak has committed war crimes, they seem to understand each other the most. Both of them are bad at expressing their feelings and consider themselves as defects or failures. And it's so sweet to see Entrapta tell Hordak that "imperfection is beautiful" while Hordak in turn says "You are not a failure and aNYONE WHO THINKS THAT IS A FOOL!"

From the moment Adora went beast mode and rescued Catra early in season 5, I was like: "Wouldn't it be nice if they got together?". Then when Catra took Adora's hand and asked her to stay with her while Entrapta removed the chip...I knew something was going on. By the last episode....I just cried with joy. It was so satisfying to see them together.

I’m mad that Bow & Glimmer (and Seahawk & Mermista) didn’t get a real kiss scene! It just felt like the hetero couples got sidelined in that department, and that’s the *one* gripe I have about this show (still love it though! ❤️)
