Rob Van Dam Seriously Never Disappoints
One of the most amazing collisions I have ever seen in the 420 elimination match. The balance, timing and accuracy for both RVD and Komander to hit each other in the middle of the ring wasn't easy to do. Huge props to them as they executed it perfectly.
You must have been watching a different match. RVD is about 10 years past retirement. 🤣🤣🤣

Example start at 2 weeks 50lbs>>>>> then 3 weeks100lbs>>>> next 3 weeks 150lbs>>>>> 2oo lbs>>>>> maybe stay here for some months repeat reps . Heck just stand there and allow the back muscles to feel the WEIGHT. NEED more Muscle mass on back and legs ... The Guns are great (ARM Muscle)
