In the current state of music, specifically touring to remain within context, artists actually singing live along with performing full-effort choreography is rare. However, and this is not taking anything away from TWICE, but this is what has been done for a long time at one point. 1950s, 60s you really began to see full-fledge dancing and 100% LIVE vocals without tech/mechanics--just old fashioned instruments played by an actual band of musicians if you can fathom such.
The members of TWICE are what you call professionals. They are so family-like and laid back, but when called to duty, they bring it 100% each and every time whether or not the cameras are rolling. I haven't seen such technical, physically-demanding choreography on tour (and not just a one-off publicity run) coupled with MICS ON since my days of BSB.

When JYP said on Rain's Variety Show that there's a secret compartment in the practice rooms, I didn't believe it since he didn't showed it in the camera, but now, I realised that there's 2 TVs inside this practice room and I thought it was just the mirror reflection. But the cabinet doesn't match and the room was wide, JYP LITERALLY IS THE MOST EXPOSED BUILDING COMPANY.
They look so much younger without the eye makeup. Honestly it might just be that they had less makeup during Sixteen so it reminds me of that version of them but oh well lol.
