Especially some designing tips before carving and then some painting tips

You should try making some kind of flatfish lure that swims horizontaly. A flounder or a ray for exemple

All of your videos are great, but I have to say this one is absolutely fantastic. The music at the beginning reminded me of How It’s Made, the camera angles and close ups were gorgeous, the return of the glass microspheres is something that always gets me excited, the bait turned out amazing, and it caught two absolutely gorgeous fish. Top notch video, sir.

You should do a suspending octopus lure or a top water! Maybe a bigger soft plastic, the color schemes could be cool and I think you could get really creative with it and figure out a way to make it work successfully! Thanks for all the videos! Been here for years, always learning!

You did a video with different wood types as an experiment, and one with different lip shapes, and one with different lip angles. You should do a video where you make 4-6 identical crankbaits, and experiment with weight placement and its effects on lure action.
Those are some of my favorite paint jobs you have done. Those turned out sick!

@Marling Baits idea for you like some time down the line. Work on getting a book published. page on left the photocopiable photos of the bait (side view/top down view, the same you'd use while making the bait yourself) , page on right description on how the action is; recommendations on type of wood/weights/hooks to use ect. tips on carving that particular bait and maybe some example photos. (or qr code to a clip of you demonstrating) next 2 pages is another bait.. ect ect.
i dont know how do-able this is for you. but i think youd break the bait making community. VOL 2 could be other bait makers submissions. hopefully this is actually a venture you'd consider.
