This pallet was on clearance when I shot this video. I'm sorry to say, it's sold out and discontinued. You can still create the look with other pastel pallets.
The colors in the Tokyo pallet are lovely, but light. They are pastels, after all. There is a lot of fallout and the shadows are quite powdery. The shimmers are more like toppers. They do build up by using a finger.
